Job Descriptions:

* Marketing strategy & planning

To develop marketing plan with given budget while align with national marketing strategy with regional market environment. Develop marketing plan and ensure the execution. Budget planning and control. To manage marketing fund under marketing process.

* Promotion

To work with agency in handling all the creative of promotion that adaptation work for national concept and regional execution.

* Retail Marketing

To forlating retail marketing strategy & key retailer support strategy and ensure the implementation. To engage in mobile phone/promotion training.

* People Management

To management marketing team, allocate responsibilities; provide coaching, guidance and feedback to secure the mobile phoneivity and quality of the team.

* PR & Event

To work with PR team and media agency to conduct media investment plan and execution in regional market. Explore innovative media opportunity from region level

* Others

To achieve other tasks given by supervisor.

Requirements:

* University degree or above, marketing management major preferred. * 5-7 years or above experience in personal comnication industry at multinational companies. * Solid experience in mobile phone management, sales promotion, retail marketing and PR. * Good networking with major media. * Have a good understanding of the retail environment and distribution business.

We work 5 days per week in Hong Kong office and alternate Saturday off in Mainland China site.
